User Account Information

Account Creation Requirements:

We only allow third-party logins through Google, Facebook, and Apple. We only collect ids related to the accounts used for login. We may collect users' email addresses but do not collect passwords, or other relevant sensitive information.

User Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their third-party accounts used to log into Qitchat.

User Conduct

Acceptable Use Policies:

Explicit images, or other forms of content are not allowed on our platform. We use third-party services (Google and AWS) for content moderation.

Prohibited Activities:

Activities that harm others, such as cyberbullying, harassment, or any illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.

Users may share messages, photos, and videos within chats. This content is owned by the users, but by sharing it on Qitchat, they grant us the right to moderate it.

Users can generate and share content only within the chat feature.

We reserve the right to remove content that we deem unnecessary, harmful, or explicit.

Accounts found engaged in unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, copyright infringement, distribution of illegal content, or any other criminal acts, will be subject to termination. Furthermore, any attempts at blackmail, defined as coercive demands for money or other benefits under threat of revealing compromising information, will result in immediate account termination. Harassment, encompassing behaviors intended to intimidate, distress, or harm others, and cyberbullying, the use of electronic communication to harass or threaten individuals, are strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
